Chapter 1 General Daily Maintenance Guidelines

To ensure continuous and trouble-free operation of the paper cup and paper bowl forming machine, all operators must be fully familiar with the machine operating procedures and the complete forming process of paper containers. This equipment consists of integrated transmission assemblies and precision mechanical components, where each part performs an independent and essential function during production.

Operators are required to thoroughly read the official instruction manual to fully understand the mechanical structure, transmission principle and overall equipment performance.

** Important Notice

Daily maintenance primarily includes routine cleaning and periodic lubrication. Proper daily maintenance effectively stabilizes operating conditions, reduces malfunction rates, and extends the service life of both the complete machine and wearable parts.

Chapter 2 Standard Periodic Maintenance Regulations

Standardized periodic maintenance optimizes the operating environment of the equipment, maintains the machine in good working condition, and prolongs its overall service lifespan. Detailed maintenance specifications are listed below:

2.1 Daily Inspection and Lubrication

Perform a comprehensive machine inspection before startup and after shutdown on a daily basis. Examine all hinged joints and reciprocating moving components on the machine frame, and apply qualified lubricating grease in accordance with industrial operation standards.

2.2 Inspection and Replacement of Cylindrical Pins and Circlips

Check the fastening status of cylindrical pins at all connecting positions, and confirm that all circlips are correctly installed without loosening or displacement.

** Operation Prohibition

If any circlip is deformed, displaced or loses elasticity, it shall be removed and replaced with a new component of identical specification immediately. Operating the machine with defective parts is strictly forbidden.

2.3 Fastener Inspection and Tightening

Inspect all bolts, nuts and other standard fasteners throughout the equipment. Any loose fasteners must be tightened timely.

** Safety Warning

Loose fasteners may cause mechanical resonance and component displacement. In severe cases, it will led to mechanism jamming, structural damage and other serious mechanical failures.

2.4 Emergency Disposal of Operational Abnormalities

During continuous production, operators and maintenance staff shall constantly monitor abnormal conditions including unusual noise, vibration and mechanical offset.

** Operational Specification

Once any abnormality is detected, stop the machine and cut off the power supply immediately. Inspection and maintenance can only be carried out after the machine comes to a complete stop. Production is prohibited until all faults are completely eliminated.

2.5 Maintenance Qualification Requirements

Equipment disassembly, overhaul and key component replacement mustbe conducted by professionally qualified maintenance personnel. Unauthorized disassembly or mechanical adjustment by non-professional personnel is prohibited to prevent personal injury and precision damage to the equipment.

2.6 Maintenance of Lubrication System Oil Pump Filter

Regularly clear paper dust, oil sludge and impurities from the oil pump inlet filter to avoid oil circuit blockage, insufficient lubrication and dry friction abrasion of mechanical parts.

New machine trial period (first two months): Clean once a week
Stable production period: Clean once every two weeks

Ensure unobstructed oil circulation and stable lubrication pressure at all times.

2.7 Lubricant Replacement Cycle

First oil replacement for new equipment: Replace lubricant after 30 consecutive working days
Subsequent routine replacement: Every 6 to 12 months, determined by oil cleanliness and actual operating load

Clean sediment and impurities at the bottom of the oil tank during each oil replacement.

2.8 Optical Sensor Maintenance

Optical detection sensors are susceptible to paper dust and moisture. Regular cleaning is mandatory.

Maintenance Cycle: Clean once every 3 to 5 working days

Maintain high detection sensitivity and positioning accuracy to prevent misdetection, feeding errors and unexpected system shutdown alarms.

2.9 Air Blower Inlet Filter Maintenance

The air blower inlet filter easily accumulates paper lint and dust, and shall be cleaned once every week. Ensure sufficient air flow and stable air pressure to meet the technical requirements of air blowing and negative pressure adsorption during cup forming procedures.

2.10 Maintenance of Manual Lubrication Points

For all manual lubrication points on the equipment, strictly follow theEquipment Lubrication Schedule. Apply the specified grade of lubricant on a regular basis, and keep all lubrication points clean and dustproof.
