Gluing device: precise control, laying a solid foundation for bonding
The gluing device is the first link for Paper Edge Skiving Machine to achieve effective bonding of paper blanks. It has a delicate structure and powerful functions. It is mainly composed of glue storage tanks, delivery pipes and glue heads. It is also equipped with precise metering pumps to strictly control the delivery amount of glue to ensure that the glue is evenly applied to the edge of the paper blank.
The glue storage tank is the "logistics guarantee" of the entire gluing system. It bears the heavy responsibility of storing glue. In order to ensure the quality and performance of the glue, the storage tank is usually made of corrosion-resistant and highly sealed materials, which can effectively prevent glue leakage and deterioration. In actual production, the capacity of the storage tank will be reasonably designed according to the production scale of the equipment and the frequency of glue use to meet the needs of continuous production. For example, on a large paper container production line, the capacity of the storage tank can reach hundreds of liters, reducing the number of frequent glue additions and improving production efficiency.
As the "channel" for glue transmission, the delivery pipeline needs to have good wear resistance and sealing properties. The inner diameter of the pipeline has been carefully designed to ensure that the glue can be smoothly transported, and to avoid insufficient glue pressure during transportation due to the pipeline being too thick, which affects the gluing effect. At the same time, in order to prevent the glue from solidifying and clogging in the pipeline, some delivery pipelines are also equipped with heating and heat preservation functions to keep the glue at an appropriate fluidity.
The glue coating head is the core executive component of the glue coating device, and its design directly affects the uniformity and accuracy of the glue coating. Common glue coating heads include slit type, nozzle type and other types. The slit type glue coating head precisely controls the width of the slit and the pressure of the glue, so that the glue is applied to the edge of the paper blank in a uniform film, which is suitable for occasions with high requirements for the width of the glue coating; the nozzle type glue coating head uses nozzles of different shapes and sizes to achieve point, line or surface gluing methods, which has high flexibility and can be selected according to the shape and processing requirements of the paper blank.
The precise metering pump is the "brain" of the gluing device. It can accurately adjust the amount of glue delivered according to the material, thickness and subsequent bonding requirements of the paper blank. Metering pumps usually use gear pumps, plunger pumps and other types, and achieve stable control of the glue flow through a high-precision control system. For example, when processing kraft paper with a loose texture, the metering pump will appropriately increase the amount of glue delivered to ensure that the paper can fully absorb the glue and achieve a good bonding effect; while for aluminum foil with a tight texture, the amount of glue will be reduced to avoid glue overflow and affect the appearance and quality of the product.
In actual production, the performance of the gluing device directly affects the sealing performance and service life of the paper container. Uniform glue coating can make the paper blanks tightly combined during the subsequent bonding process, effectively preventing the intrusion of air, moisture and dust, thereby extending the shelf life of the product. At the same time, precise glue coating control can also reduce glue waste, save production costs, and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.
Bending mechanism: shaping the form and giving practical value to the container
The bending mechanism plays a key role in shaping the form of the paper blank in the paper trimming machine. It consists of a mold, a hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder. Through the precise control of the shape and pressure of the mold, the paper blank can be precisely bent, and the flat paper blank can be transformed into a container part with a specific shape.
The mold is the "template" of the bending mechanism, and its shape and size determine the final bending form of the paper blank. The mold is usually made of high-strength and high-wear-resistant materials, such as alloy steel or hard alloy, to ensure that the precise shape and dimensional accuracy can be maintained during long-term use. According to the different needs of paper container products, the mold can be designed into various shapes, such as round, square, oval, etc., and complex folding shapes, such as double-layer folding, multi-layer folding, etc., can also be designed according to the structural characteristics of the container to enhance the strength and stability of the container.
As a power-providing component, the hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder can generate strong and stable pressure to push the mold to bend the paper blank. Hydraulic cylinders have the characteristics of large output force and good stability, and are suitable for bending large and thick wallpaper blanks; pneumatic cylinders have the advantages of fast response speed and low cost, and are often used for bending operations of small and thin wallpaper blanks. During the bending process, the pressure and stroke of the hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder can be accurately adjusted through the control system to ensure that the paper blank can achieve the required angle and shape accuracy when bending. For example, when making cylindrical paper cans, the mold will bend the paper blank into a cylindrical shape. The pressure applied by the hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder needs to ensure that the edges of the paper blank fit tightly, while avoiding damage to the paper due to excessive pressure.
Precise control of the bending mechanism is crucial to the quality of paper containers. If the bending angle is inaccurate or the shape is irregular, it will lead to subsequent bonding difficulties, affecting the sealing and overall strength of the container. In addition, uneven pressure distribution during the bending process may also cause defects such as wrinkles and cracks on the paper surface, reducing the qualified rate of the product. During the operation of the equipment, the mold needs to be inspected and maintained regularly to ensure its shape and size accuracy; the pressure system of the hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder needs to be calibrated and debugged to ensure the stability and accuracy of the pressure output.
Bonding device: Tightly combined to achieve high-quality paper containers
The bonding device is the key link for the paper trimming machine to finally fix the bent paper blank into shape. According to different bonding processes, it uses heating plates, ultrasonic generators and other equipment to firmly bond the edges of the paper blanks through heating, pressurization or ultrasonic vibration to form a complete paper container.
Heating bonding is a common bonding method. It heats the bonding part of the paper blank through a heating plate to melt the glue and penetrate into the paper fiber, and then achieves tight bonding under the action of pressure. The heating plate usually uses electric heating or thermal oil heating to heat the paper blank quickly and evenly. During the heating process, temperature control is crucial. Too high a temperature will cause the paper to burn and deform, while too low a temperature will not fully melt the glue, affecting the bonding effect. Therefore, the heating plate is equipped with a high-precision temperature sensor and control system, which can monitor and adjust the temperature in real time to ensure that the bonding operation is completed within the optimal temperature range.
Ultrasonic bonding is an advanced technology that uses ultrasonic vibration energy to achieve paper bonding. The ultrasonic generator generates high-frequency vibrations, and converts electrical energy into mechanical energy through the transducer, so that friction heat is generated at the bonding part of the paper blank, so that the glue melts and bonds. Ultrasonic bonding has the advantages of fast bonding speed, high strength, and no pollution. It is particularly suitable for the production of food and pharmaceutical packaging paper containers with high hygiene requirements. In the ultrasonic bonding process, the parameters such as the frequency, amplitude and action time of the ultrasonic wave need to be accurately adjusted according to the material of the paper and the characteristics of the glue to achieve the best bonding effect.
In addition to heating and ultrasonic bonding methods, there are some other bonding processes, such as hot melt adhesive bonding and pressure-sensitive adhesive bonding. Different bonding processes are suitable for different paper materials and product requirements, and enterprises can choose according to actual conditions. Regardless of the bonding process used, the bonding device needs to have precise pressure control and stable working performance to ensure that the edge of the paper blank can be firmly bonded, so that the paper container has good sealing and durability.
Cooperative work to create a perfect paper container
The gluing device, bending mechanism and bonding device of the paper trimming machine do not work independently, but cooperate with each other and work together to complete the processing process of the paper container. The gluing device provides the basis for bonding, and uniform gluing ensures that the paper blank can be tightly bonded; the bending mechanism gives the paper blank a specific shape, creating conditions for subsequent bonding; the bonding device firmly fixes the bent paper blank to finally form the paper container.
During the entire processing process, parameter matching and time coordination between the various devices are crucial. For example, the amount of glue applied needs to be adapted to the shape of the bent paper blank and the bonding process; the bending angle and strength must take into account the feasibility of subsequent bonding; the bonding temperature, pressure and time and other parameters also need to be adjusted according to the gluing and bending conditions. Only when the various devices work together accurately can high-quality, standard-compliant paper container products be produced.
