We CHENGDA MACHINERY offer professional long-term on-site factory maintenance technician dispatch services for global clients. We deploy well-experienced technicians with rich overseas working backgrounds to provide full-time equipment operation and maintenance support for overseas factories.
All dispatched technicians are proficient in international factory management standards and equipment maintenance protocols. They can independently handle daily maintenance, fault troubleshooting, equipment repair and regular inspections, ensuring stable factory production and equipment operation.
Below are our standard service terms for long-term technician dispatch:
1. Working Schedule & Salary Standard
Working schedule: 8 hours per day, 1 day off weekly.
Salary: Customized based on target country, service duration and local working conditions. The final salary package will be confirmed prior to deployment.
Overtime: Weekend work and extra overtime are paid hourly, separately from the basic salary.
2. Full Expense Coverage by Client
The client covers all overseas service-related expenses, including visa fees, round-trip international airfares, local transportation, overseas work insurance, accommodation, meals and basic medical care during the service period.
3. Annual Home Leave Policy
1. Technicians enjoy 2 home leaves to China per year, 15 days for each leave.
2. One annual home leave is fully paid.
3. All airfare, visa and relevant fees for both home leaves are covered by the client.
4. Service Arrangement
Once the client confirms cooperation and salary terms, we will arrange the technician’s handover and onboard schedule for timely on-site service deployment.
