Fully Automatic Paper Cup MachineThe core device. Turns cut blanks into finished cups via automatic feeding, sealing, curling and cooling (Shunda Middle Speed machine could make 120–180 cups/min). Can add an integrated inspection system to reject defective products.

Cup Inspection Machine (Optional)Uses inside and outside two camera 360° vision tests to check for dirty, leaks or deformities, sorting good vs. bad cups with 99.9% accuracy (only needed if no integrated inspection system on the cup machine).

Packaging MachineCounts, seals and codes finished cups into bags (50/100 cups per bag). Matches the speed of the cup machine to keep production smooth.
